• Submission of a request does not guarantee approval, acceptance, or delivery

• We may decline any request for any reason

• Free previews are for evaluation purposes only

• Free previews do not transfer ownership or usage rights unless explicitly stated in writing

• You may not use, reproduce, edit, publish, or distribute free preview concepts without permission or without purchasing the applicable final package where required

3. No Guarantee of Approval or Results

Submitting a qualification form, inquiry form, or project request does not guarantee:

• Acceptance into any free preview offer

• Delivery of concepts

• Delivery within any specific timeline unless agreed in writing

• Business results, branding success, customer growth, or marketing performance

Design is subjective, and results may vary.

You may not copy, recreate, trace, modify, resell, or use ICYL work without authorization.

9. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all concepts, proofs, text, and files before approving final work.

ICYL is not responsible for:

• Errors approved by the client

• Trademark conflicts not disclosed to us

• Business losses related to design use

• Technical issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, email systems, plugins, themes, or software

If you plan to use a name, logo, or brand commercially, you are responsible for obtaining any legal, trademark, or professional advice you need.

10. Turnaround Times

Any estimated turnaround times shown on the website, in emails, or in messages are estimates only unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
